Bidrohi Bharat Part 2 Revolutionary Novel by Nihar Ranjan Gupta.
The massacre at Jallianwala Bagh in 1919 is matter of grave shame. It is an unprecedented occurrence in the pages of history. It is beyond any word to describe the ruthlessness of the day. The blood bath that took place that day stands as the most horrific incident ever in the history of the world. This marked the history of British rule in India forever. It was 18 long years after this heinous massacre led by General Dyer that a young rebel, a brave son of Punjab, Udham Singh, avenged the brutality by shooting General Dyer in the year 1936. It gave voice to those thousands of innocent souls whose unheard wails still filled the air of Jallianwala Bagh.
This book talks of the ending of Sipoy Mutiny, the Wahabi movement, the Partition of Bengal, Banga-Vanga Movement, the formation of a new age of fire and revolutionary movements dating back to the Partition of Congress into extremists and moderates. The book discusses the first and second revolutions in Delhi and Varanasi during this age of fire, the conspiracy of Lahore, Bengali revolutionary Rashbihari Sen and the self sacrifice of Bagha Jatin in the battle of Baleswar, the turmoil in Punjab, the silk conspiracy, and the heinous blood bath of Jallianwala Bagh.
