Arogya Niketan means clinic. It is not a hospital, it is not a charity hospital, it is the hospital of three male medical businessmen of Debipur Ram. It was founded about 80 years ago. Now broken, the earthen wall is cracked. The pair is left in a few places on the structure of the shed. The middle fold has been cut. In a word, this Arogya Niketan is now in a dilapidated state. It is a famous Kabiraj Jagbandhu Moshay of that time, established this institution for treatment.
It is located in a remote village called Debipur. From there you have to travel about a hundred miles to reach the metropolis. Of course, the railway station is not far from this Arogya Niketan, the railway station can be found after tens of miles. Although it was a branch-railway. There was then a bullock cart system, which was the only means of transportation. But the village is a very old and dilapidated convent, that is, at that time there were big houses of zamindars. But they were almost all salty houses. There are large gardens, broken ghats of ponds, old temples and piles of rubbish all around.
The road made of red gravel has passed by the village. Rows and rows of shops on both sides of the road, bullock carts loaded with goods. This is Bazarpara. There are tea and sweet shops.
Shrihin village Debipur. Not only is he burdened with the burden of poverty, but the decay of time has also eroded him. It can be seen that most of the trees that are spreading their leaves over the rural settlements can hardly be seen in the beauty of the old and new trees. The king of the novelty of life is the greenery of the new fresh tree. Going a little farther you can see a blacksmith’s house. In the forge you will see the brave, molten iron sparks of the farmers. Then the village started. Quiet Chittagong. In the bamboo forest, various kinds of birds call to the head of the shirish tree. The people there did not wear clothes and shoes like they used to. They used to walk up to their knees, shaking their breasts. There was energy in the body, there was joy in the mind.

But the fact that people will not find people there today would seem unbelievable, even ridiculous. At that Arogya Niketan now in the morning about 6-7 patients come, show their hands and leave. There is no medicine available in Arogya Niketan now. The medicine cabinets are empty. The varnish is cracked and they have accumulated in the dust.

If you go in the afternoon, you can see that Jibandhu is sitting alone with a mosquito. It was the hereditary property of his paternal grandfather they were Kabiraj. He was the first doctor, and Kabiraji must know. If necessary, he treats in two ways. He has declared the death of many people as a sacrifice after seeing his old friend Ms. Nai. In his medical life, the words of one patient after another came to his mind. The speed of this recollection is normally fast. At one point, Suren Mishra’s youngest son Shashanka’s death was announced. I remembered the strange vision of Shashanka’s sister-in-law, her tragic words. But he was injured when he went to announce Shashanka’s death, but he did not do his duty as a doctor, his own son.
