Two years ago, when my book was published in English in the name of “Political Pathyatra in Pakistan”, it was welcomed in the country and abroad and leading newspapers wrote that the problems of Pakistan, domestic conspiracies in Pakistan and the dangers of the rulers of Pakistan against India. There has never been a better book on handcuffs than this published before. The cost of this book was Rs. Apart from this, this book was in English, so it was difficult for the general public, especially Hindi lovers, to study it. Therefore it was decided that a book should be written on the problems of Pakistan and its future for the Hindi lovers, so that the general public especially Hindi lovers can take advantage. I am grateful to Mr. Amarnath, the Director of Star Publications, for accepting my book to be published.
It is unfortunate that in our country many books are written and published on Europe and America, but on a country like Pakistan which is our nearest neighbor and whose activities have a deep impact on our country, very few books are published. The rulers of Mepa Kistan attacked our country four times in the last 24 years. Whenever the dictators of Pakistan were seen waving their giddiness on behalf of the opposing people in their country, they started pushing the people into our country and shouting war slogans against us. Along with attacking our country four times, the dictators of Pakistan have hatched so many conspiracies to assassinate our prominent leaders. Within a few years, thousands of armed intruders, spies and agents were sent to our country. Instead of solving their problems, the Pakistani rulers kept conspiring to take armed occupation of our territories. Whenever the rulers of Pakistan made any military or civilian alliance with other countries in the last 24 years, their goal was to weaken and harass India and if possible, break it into pieces. Instead of focusing on improving the economic condition of their people and giving their rights to the people, they have made it their habit to tinker with India. This time Pakistan did not take the decision of the attack suddenly, but for this, only after the war of 1965, it was started vigorously and like before, even now Pakistani NASCO has given this hunger to attack. Alleged that India has taken the initiative.
I have no doubt about the outcome of this war. Gana-Prajattriya Bagladesh has been recognized by the Government of India on 6th December last—and now this region will never be included in Pakistan again. Yahiya Khan has played a big gamble to maintain his reign. The consequences of this can be very dire. One of the meanings of Bangladesh’s independence is that where this market of home for the West Pakistanis has gone out of their hands–and this will cause destruction to the economic situation of West Pakistan, the war itself is bringing destruction to it. Is. Along with this, the extermination of thousands of soldiers of Pakistan in the Bagla country will incite anger against the dictatorship in West Pakistan.,
The Ayub-Shahi was put to an end by the failure of the Ayub-Shahi of 1965. Once the Vahia-Shahi would end, but at the same time there could be rebellion in West Pakistan only during the war. There may also be pieces of West Pakistan. After the destruction of a country named Pakistan, five new countries can also be established in its place. In this book, I have tried to throw light on all aspects of the complete history and present situation of Pakistan. I myself have come from West Pakistan where I have worked as a journalist for 15 years. I personally know the current rulers of Pakistan. Even after the formation of Pakistan, I have got the opportunity to go there. I have written this book on the basis of my experiences. Me: Hope people like it.

दो वर्ष पहले जब “पाकिस्तान मे राजनीतिक पड़यत्र के नाम से अग्नरेजी में मेरी पुस्तक प्रकाशित हुईं तो देश-विदेश मे इसका स्वागत हुआ ओर प्रमुख समाचार पत्रो ने लिखा कि पाकिस्तान की समस्याओ, पाकिस्तान में घरेलू षड़्यन्त्रों और भारत के विरुद्ध पाकिस्तान के शासकों के खतरनाक हथकडो पर इस से अच्छी पुस्तक इस से पहले प्रकाशित नही हुईं । इस पुस्तक की कीमत ४५ रुपये थी। इसके अतिरिक्त यह पुस्तक अग्रेजी मे थी इसलिए साधारण जनता, विशेषतया हिन्दी प्रेमियों केल िये इसका अध्ययन करना कठिन था। इसलिये फैसला किया गया कि हिन्दी प्रेमियों के लिये पाकिस्तान की समस्याओं ओर इसके भविष्य पर एक ऐसी पुस्तक लिखी जाये जिससे साधारण जनता विशेषतया हिन्दी प्रेमी लाभ उठा सके। में स्टार पब्निफेशज के सचालक श्री अमरनाथ का आभारी हू कि उन्होने मेरी इस पुस्तक को प्रकाशित करना स्वीकार किया । दुर्भाग्य ही तो है कि हमारे देश मे यूरोप और अमरीका पर तो बहुत पुस्तके लिखी और प्रकाशित की जाती है परन्तु पाकिस्तान जैसे देश पर जो कि हमारा निकटतम पडोसी है और जिसकी गतिविद्रियों का हमारे देश पर गहरा प्रभाव पडता है बहुत कम पुस्तक प्रकाशित होती है।
गत २४ वर्षों मेपा किस्तान के शासको ने चार बार हमारे देश पर आक्रमण किया। पाकिस्तान के तानाशाहो को जब भी अपने देश में विरोधी जनता की ओर से अपनी गद्था डोलती हुईं दिखाई दी, उन्होने जनता को हमारे देश मे धकेलना और हमारे विरुद्ध युद्ध के नारे लगाना शुरू कर दिया। हमारे देश पर चार बार हमले करने के साथ ही पाक़िस्तान के तानाशाहों ने हमारे प्रमुख नेताओं की हत्या करने के लिय कितने ही षड़्यत्र रचाये। कुछ ही वर्षो मेहज ारो सशस्त्र घृसपेठिये, जासूस और एजेन्ट हमारे देश में भेजे गये । अपनी समस्याओं का समाधान करने की बजाय पाकिस्तानी शासक हमारे इलाकों पर सशस्त्र अधिकार करने के लिये षड़यत्र करते रहे।
पाकिस्तान के शासकों ने गत २४ वर्षो मे दूसरे देशों से जब भी कोई सैनिक अथवा असेनिक गठजोड किया, उनका लक्ष्य यही रहा कि भारत को कमजोर और परेशान किया जाये और यदि हो सके तो इसके टुकडें-टुकडे कर दिये जाये । अपती जनता की आर्थिक रिथति के सुधार पर ध्यान देने और जनता को उसके अधिकार देने की बजाय उन्होने भारत से छेंडछाड करना अपनी आदत बना ली है। इस बार पाकिरतान ने जो हमला किया उसका फैसला उन्होने अचानक ही नही किया बल्कि इसके लिये १९६४५ के युद्ध मेह ार जाने के बाद ही जोर-झशोर से तैप्यार्या शुरू कर दी गईं और पहले की भाति अब भी पाकिस्तानी णासको ने हमला करने के लिये यह भूठा आरोप लगाया कि भारत ने पहल को है । इस युद्ध के परिणाम के सम्बन्ध में मुझे कोई सदेह नहीं। ‘गण-प्रजातत्रीय बगलादेश” को गत ६ दिसम्बर को भारत सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्रदान की जा चुकी है—और अब यह क्षेत्र तो पाकिस्तान में कभी दोबारा सम्मिलित नहीं होगा। याहिया खा ने अपनी शहसन-सत्ता बनाये रखने के लिये एक बहुत बडा जुआ खेला है। इसके परिणाम बहुत भयानक हो सकते है। बंगला देश की स्वतन्नता का एक अर्थ यह भी है कि जहा पश्चिमी पाकिस्तानियों के लिये घर की यह मण्डी उनके हाथो से निकल चुकी है—और इससे पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान की आथिक स्थिति को तबाही का सामना करना पड़ेगा वहा युद्ध स्वय उसके लिये तबाही ला रहा है। इसके साथ ही बगला देश मेंप रिचमी पाकिस्तान के हजारो सैनि को का क्षफाया पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान में तानाशाही के विरुद्ध क्रोध कीआ ग भडकायेगा। १९६४५ के आकऋसण वी असफलता ने अयूब-शाही का अन्त किया था। एस बार वाहिया-शाही का अन्त होगा ही परन्तु इसके साथ ही युद्ध के दौरान ही पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान मे विद्रोह हो सकता है। पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान के टुकडे-टुकडे भी हो सकते है। पाकिस्तान नाम के देश का विनाश’ होकर उसकी जगह पाच नये देशो की स्थापना भी हो सकती है। इस पुस्तक में मैने पाकिस्तान के सम्पूर्ण इतिहास और वर्तमान स्थिति के सभी पहलुओ पर प्रकाश डालने का प्रयास किया है। में स्वय॑ पश्चिमी पाकिस्तान से आया हू जहा मैने १५ वर्ष तक पत्रकार की की हैसियत से काम किया है। पाकिस्तान के वर्तमान शासको को में व्यक्तिगत रूप से जानता हू । पाकिस्तान बनने के बाद भी मे वहा जाने का अवसर मिला है। अपने अनुभवों की बुनियाद पर मैने यह पुस्तक लिखी हैं। मुभेः आशा हे कि जनता इसे पसन्द करेगी ।
